HOW IT WORKS
Contact us to arrange a FREE private training phone assessment.
During the phone assessment, we will determine what private training package will be the most effective for you and your dog’s issues.
We will schedule our first session together, and we will accept cash or check payments in-person at the session.
Your dog may also qualify for our customizable Specialty Classes.
Private Rescheduling Policy: There is no charge to reschedule more than 3 business days* before the class or private session begins. However, there is a $50 charge to reschedule 3 business days* or less before the class or private session begins.
Private Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 5 business days* before the class or private session begins, you will receive a 100% refund, minus a $25 charge. If you cancel 5 business days* or less before the class or private session begins, you will receive a 50% refund. Once the class or private sessions have begun, no refunds will be given.
*Business days are considered Monday through Friday.
