Giving Back
A Legacy of Compassion
Pam’s lifelong love of animals began with her father, who passed away in 2025 at the age of 99. Shown here with our therapy dog, he modeled the quiet kindness, patience, and respect for animals that continue to shape Enjoy Your Dog today.
From an early age, Pam learned that dogs have an incredible ability to comfort, connect, and heal. That belief—passed down through generations—is at the heart of our commitment to giving back. Whether through therapy dog visits, community education, rescue support, or outreach programs, we strive to honor that legacy by helping people and dogs live better lives together.
Giving back is at the heart of Enjoy Your Dog, Inc. We believe that strong human–dog relationships create stronger communities, and we’re proud to support ours in meaningful ways.
We regularly offer free workshops and educational support to local rescues, foster families, and shelter staff, helping dogs and the people who care for them succeed. We also participate in children’s camps, where we teach kids how to safely and respectfully interact with dogs, building confidence and understanding on both ends of the leash.
Our team presents educational programs on Therapy Dogs and Service Dogs to a wide variety of groups, including Rotary Clubs, Girl Scouts, Brownies, and rescue organizations. In addition, we’re honored to take part in Therapy Dog visits at schools, libraries, senior living communities, churches, and special events such as Children’s Cancer Summer Camp.
We also love supporting rescue fundraisers—often serving as the “entertainment” for the day—by bringing dogs, demos, and plenty of smiles to the event.
Our mission is simple: to touch as many lives as possible, human and canine alike, and help them live harmoniously together—so everyone can truly enjoy their dog.
